SafetyFirst Recruitment was founded by Adam Strath, a ticketed Construction Safety Officer who has spent his career keeping job sites safe, compliant, and productive. Adam has overseen site safety on major projects such as Gordon Ramsay Steakhouse and Oakridge Park, working directly with trades and Superintendents to maintain compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations.

How it works

Tell us your tickets and certifications, and where you want to work.
6-month contract placement
SafetyFirst employs and pays you directly while you work on-site, giving both sides time to confirm fit.
Transition to full-time
At the end of the 6-month term, you move seamlessly onto the client's payroll as a permanent hire.
